Palm Coast

The community of Palm Coast is ideally located on the Northeast coast of Florida, between Daytona Beach and St. Augustine.  Palm Coast was originally established in the late 1960's by ITT Community Development Corporation.  They were guided by their commitment to creating a balanced residential and business community.  They wanted to create an area where residents could live, work, play, and enjoy the natural beauty of Florida. In 1999, the City of Palm Coast was officially incorporated and now it is currently home to over 50,000 residents.

An average annual temperature of 70 degrees makes PalmCoast the perfect place to enjoy the area's 18 miles of spectacular coastline.  The area is also home to inland waterways, championship golf courses, state parks, and vast preserves.  Retirees and families alike enjoy an abundance of walking trails, lined with majestic oaks and a variety of palms.  With year-round sunshine, this town is truly a hidden treasure.  Highly-rated schools, churches of various denominations, and numerous cultural facilities are all convenient to area neighborhoods.

Whether looking for a great place to raise a family, considering a location to retire to, or looking for your next vacation destination, PalmCoast is the end of your search!
