Hi! My name is Heidi Gutterman and I am a Florida girl who grew up just down the road in Winter Park. I knew that I would one day call Flagler County my home when I met my husband 16 years ago, who was born and raised right here in Palm Coast. I was instantly drawn to this area, as it was SO close to the beach and did not have all the hustle and bustle of Central FL. 

I am a UCF grad and worked as a Pediatric Registered Nurse before transitioning to Real Estate after stepping away from the medical field to raise our 3 daughters. I love assisting customers in this area because I am so excited about the growth we have seen in recent years and I am happy to help all of the new families relocating to Flagler and Volusia county.
