Choose a small 3 bedroom, 2 bath or a 4500 square foot courtyard-style pool home or something in-between. Or, you may also choose to work with our architectural design experts to create a custom plan that is uniquely your own.

We use only top-quality manufacturers and subcontractors for core systems including HVAC, plumbing, concrete, foundation, roofing, windows and trusses. Your home comes standard with energy efficient windows and doors, heating systems, insulation and appliances and of course meets or exceeds Florida building codes for wind and storm resistance.
All of our designs include site clearing, landscaping, irrigation, termite preventative treatment, cement block exterior walls, a 10-year bonded structural warranty, 5-year warranty on A/C systems, and so much more.

Prices below are exclusive of the building lot. It is assumed that all homes will be built on your lot. All homes come with a 2 car garage. Adding a 3rd bay is an option depending on size of your lot.
Alexandria – The Alexandria is an elegant 3 bedroom, 2 ½ bathroom home with 2,282 square feet of space under air. The Alexandria features a separate office, soaring 11’ 4” ceilings, 8 foot doors and open-plan living space. Two walk-in closets in the master bedroom, trey ceilings and large windows give a grand feel in this home. The Alexandria is priced at $239,900. Courtyard - Looking for private outdoor living? The Courtyard may be for you. This home features 3 or 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a large courtyard with room for a pool and separate game room or in-law suite. Total space under air is 2,121 and 4,537 under roof including the outdoor living space. Base price for the Courtyard is $259,000.
Courtyard II - Similar to the Courtyard. This home features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, small courtyard for out door space and separate game room or in-law suite. Total space under air is 2,325 and 2,998 under roof. Base price for the Courtyard is $245,000.
